At Lummini, each bracelet is carefully selected and handcrafted using natural crystals. Because of the unique nature of our products, we have outlined our return policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition and packaging
- Include all original tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at support@lummini.com.au with your order details.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Bracelets
All custom-designed bracelets (including Bracelet Builder orders) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
Each custom piece is made specifically for you based on your selected beads and design.
Natural Crystal Disclaimer
Our bracelets are made from natural crystals, which means:
- Each bead is unique in colour, clarity, and internal patterns
- Natural inclusions, textures, or slight variations are expected
These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at support@lummini.com.au with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised bracelets
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn or used
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your item, please:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically within 10 business days
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined above.
